Shipping Policy

We ship our products directly to our customers worldwide. Once the order is processed it will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks to reach you. We use USPS or UPS for shipping your products directly at your provided address. For our European customers, we have a European processing center for quicker delivery.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Please understand custom orders that usually carry unique color or pattern changes void the return policy because they cannot be resold as a stock item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We cannot guarantee that a shipped puppet will arrive in time for a deadline, and we expressly limit our liability to the return policy above. No other warranty is made or implied by us. All of our puppets are hand crafted; therefore fabrics, colors, airbrushing and production techniques will all vary. Each puppet is unique and carries it’s own character and imperfections. If you will need closely matching duplicates, order them at the same time.
